1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within:
- 2 business days for:
- Greater Beirut
- Metn
- Mount Lebanon
- Keserwan / Jbeil
- Up to 4 business days for:
- South Lebanon
- North Lebanon
Orders are not shipped or delivered on public holidays, unless agreed upon in advance with the customer.
In case of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. Please allow additional time for order handling and delivery.
